Lately I've been looking at this handsome picture of my husband Richard taken at one of his four birthday celebrations last year:

It always makes me think of the Michel Legrand / Alan and Marilyn Bergman song "What Are You Doing the Rest of Your Life?" The end of the bridge goes like this:

Mel Tormé is not everyone's favorite singer but I feel like he nails this song.
