Fabulous Friday: "Midnight Blue"

This week's Great Song, Wrong Title is "Midnight Blue" by Melissa Manchester. I guess "Midnight Blue" isn't a BAD title but a better title would be "I Think We Can Make It."

There are two things that tickle me about this song. First, the electronic keyboard at the very start - - it just reeks of the 70s. In the best possible way. And second, I love how when she sings, "Wouldn't you give your hand to a friend?" she pronounces it "ay friend." Why? Who knows.
