Fabulous Friday: "Breezy"

My mom, my brother Howard, and I went to Germany and the Netherlands in 2008. We spent quite a lot of time with our Dutch cousins. My cousin Sanne was a teenage girl at the time and was crazy for a Dutch pop singer named Wouter Hamel. She burned me a copy of his CD and soon I was crazy for him, too.

His song "Breezy" peaked at 40 in the Netherlands (please don't call it "Holland") and 36 in Japan. Leave it to the Japanese to value a cute blond boy singing a breezy pop song.

The video is so charming! And speaking of hair, the young woman is the second coming of Cleo Laine. Never a bad choice.
