Fabulous Friday: Berit Lindholm, "Ho jo to ho"

Did you know I'm moving? I'm moving from way uptown in Manhattan (near 200th Street) to not quite so far uptown in Manhattan (175th Street). When New Yorkers talk about "downtown" they generally mean below 23rd Street but for me, 175th Street is downtown.


I spent the last two weekends painting the new apartment. Let me tell you, there is no joy like painting an empty apartment. I was listening to Dionne Warwick early in the day on Sunday (my current favorite is "Then Came You" with the Spinners) but later in the day I figured I'd let my neighbors know who's in 6E so I put on Die Walküre with Berit Lindholm as Brünnhilde. She has no trouble with that high B!
