CDA: Norm Macdonald

My brother Patrick and my husband alerted me to the death of Norm Macdonald, who died of cancer at the age of 61. I knew him from *Saturday Night Live,* from anchoring Weekend Update and playing Burt Reynolds on "Celebrity Jeopardy," but hadn't realized that he was so highly regarded as a standup comic.
