CDA: Curry and Fabares

They're coming fast and furious! My brother Howard alerted me to the death of Tim Curry, who died at the age of 80 (the same age as Dolly Parton). He was in Clue, Home Alone 2, the first Charlie's Angels movie, and he played King Arthur in Spamalot on Broadway, but will be most remembered for playing Dr. Frank-N-Furter, the “sweet transvestite from Transsexual, Transylvania” in The Rocky Horror Picture Show.
And somehow I missed Shelley Fabares (age 82) in the midst of the Dolly and Curry furore. She's best known for her leading roles on The Donna Reed Show and Coach but also had a number one hit with "Johnny Angel":
Oh my God that SONG! It's so PERFECT! I can't stand it. I only knew it by reputation, I don't know if I'd ever listened to it from start to finish. It's pop music songwriting at its finest, the absolute peak. And her singing is spot on. And she's so damn cute.
