I was always into baking and cooking but when the pandemic started I went totally nutso on both. One of the things I got into was making pizza from scratch. I had bought a pizza stone a year or so before, hadn't used it very much, but it got quite a lot of use over the last couple years. It broke about a month ago, which was a shame. I kept meaning to buy a new stone and never got around to it - - and the next time I had the urge to make pizza I used a plain old stupid metal cookie sheet and it worked just fine.
