My brother Howard alerted me to the death of French singer and actress Juliette Gréco. I wasn't familiar with her but after a little research I realized I knew a little something of her. She appeared in the movie *Bonjour Tristesse.* Fascinating movie, by the way, with a stellar performance by Jean Seberg as the disaffected central teenage girl. But the book is 200% better!
