CDA: C. W. McCall

My brother Patrick alerted me to the death of C. W. McCall, who died the other day at the age of 93. He's best known for the trucker anthem "Convoy." Patrick heard the news on BBC 6, of all places. As he said in his text message to me, "Big Ben, this here's Rubber Duck and I'm about to put the hammer down." What ever that means.
