New page: Celebrity sightings and interactions

I've been meaning for years to write a column about my celebrity sightings and interactions in New York City. But the problem, website-wise, was where to put it. It's not a review, it's not Travel, it's not Ryan on the Runway. My solution was create a new page, a catch-all for this kind of thing.
