Fabulous Friday: Jefferson Airplane

Before I get to today's video, I want to share a story my dear friend and beloved reader Stephanie sent me: "Gotta tell ya - Jefferson Airplane played a concert at my JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL when I was in 7th grade. Grace Slick forgot her recorder, which she was planning on playing in the concert. Stephanie to the rescue! I played in a recorder consort at that time (yes, we had that kind of thing in PUBLIC SCHOOL back then) and she accompanied me to my locker and I lent her my soprano recorder and got a front-row place at the outdoor concert. How about THAT!!"
