Dame Diana! What a treasure, what a delight, what a dish! She did Shakespeare (Regan in the 1983 PBS *King Lear* starring Laurence Olivier) and lots of theatre (Richard saw her as Medea on Broadway) and *Game of Thrones - - but of course she will always be Emma Peel from *The Avengers.* Sexy, yes, but also damn intelligent and slyly comical.
